  45 days out = $100.00 (before 1/16/2010)
  30 days out = $150.00 (before 02/01/2010)
  Less than 30 days out = No Refund (after 02/01/2010)

While families are very important to us here at the Children's Ministries Agency, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children and we will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions.  If you are handling registration for others in your group who have small children, please relay this information to them.

Model Agreement & Release:
   
  For future promotions we will be taking photographs and video taping as well as audio taping at the conference.  By registering for this event, you are giving your permission as well as permission for any others for which you are handling registration for us to use in any promotional material created by the Children's Ministries Agency on belhalf of the General Council of the Assemblies of God.

Hotel Discount Requirements:
   
  - must stay at the conference hotel (the Millennium) for at least 3 nights 
  - maximum discount per room - $40  
  - If participant cancels reservation or does not stay at the hotel - participant will be charged the discount given after the conference. 
  - When registering - use your hotel confirmation number in the Discount Code box.

  - 4 lunches are available with seating for ONLY 10 attendees at each lunch

Each of these pre-NCMC sessions is created in such a way to delve deeply into each of these relevent topics.  Each topic will have 3 hours devoted to equipping you the leader with great tools to take back with you to more effectively minister in these respective areas.  The following list will be offered on Monday afternoon and again on Tuesday morning (schedule).  So for one low price, choose 2 different sessions that you feel will most benefit you - the LEADER!
