Paul is the Leadership Development Coordinator for the Children's Ministry Agency. He assists the agency in meeting the many needs of children's pastors and churches. It is Paul’s desire to help equip the saints for the work of ministry whether a veteran or new to the front line.

Paul and his wife, Cheri, have been children's and youth pastors for the past 7 years in two different churches: Evergreen Christian Center in Winton, CA and most recently at Faith Journey Church in Tigard, Or. They are both students at Evangel University where Paul is getting a B.A. in Business then plans on pursuing a Masters in Organization and Leadership, and where Cheri is getting a B.S. in Psychology.

Patti is the Resource Specialist for the Children’s Ministries Agency. She has a desire to equip children’s leaders which lines up directly with the CMA goal of reaching children – one leader at a time!

Before coming to Missouri, Southern Illinois had always been home to her, her husband, Terry and her 4 children where they served in various ministry roles for over 30 years. Patti is a graduate of both Eastern Illinois University and Global University and is pursuing a Masters at Evangel University. She has a deep passion to see others raised up in the ministry God has envisioned for them and is willing to take all God has poured into her and pour it into others.

Jason serves as the senior pastor at Lighthouse Assembly in Port Angeles, WA. He most recently served as the national director for the Children's Ministries Agency.

Jason and his wife, Paula, have been children's pastors in two different churches. Jason has a B.A. in Church Ministries with an emphasis in children, and Paula has a B.A. in Elementary Education.

As a pastor's kid, Jason grew up in various parts of the country. They have four wonderful children: Avi, Ryan, Audree, and Julia. Jason and Paula's passion in ministry is to help children's ministry leaders and pastors reach their fullest potential in ministry and to help them build dynamic children's ministries.

Jon was born and raised in Alaska, where his family pastored a small, village church. He spent five years in the country of Mongolia, where his family pioneered a church in Darkhan—the country’s second-largest city.

A recent graduate from Central Bible College with a B.A. in Preaching and Evangelism, and an A.A. in Pastoral Ministries, an A.A. in Bible, and a minor in Philosophy, he is now attending AGTS to pursue an MDiv with a concentration in Expository Preaching.

After graduating from AGTS, his plans include working full-time in a ministry position and doing everything possible to spread the good news of Jesus Christ across the world.
