In this segment, we will be discussing kids-a topic that today may be very intimidating to all of us. However, we must reach this generation before it is too late. Today's Kid's Ministry must know the target audience, effectively communicate, understand the culture, recognize the needs, and relate to kids like never before. In this segment we will be examining the current trends and offering ministry minded solutions on how to reach this current culture of kids.
TODAY'S CHURCH...
The focus of this segment is on kid's ministry in today's church. Church today is much different than yesterday's church and completely different than tomorrow's church. What is your church doing to effectively minister a relevant message to kids of a constantly changing culture? We have to develop a ministry plan that reaches kids at every milestone in life. In this segment we will be discussing the current church trends and offering a how to solution on developing a comprehensive ministry plan.
TODAY'S LEADER...
This segment will focus on becoming an effective children's leader. We will be looking at the current challenges that leaders face today and discussing the solutions to success. As we all know, "everything rises and falls on leadership"; you have to work hard at developing and growing your leadership skill set.
