	At each One Day event we will delve into three very unique topics.  We believe these topics will both help you to better understand yourself, your ministry and the volunteers and children you minister to as well as give you tools to leave with that you will be able to put into practice for days, weeks and months to come.
	Evaluating Your Children’s Ministry Are you confused and don’t know where to begin the evaluation process? In this session we will discuss what it takes to evaluate yourself and your children’s ministry and why evaluation is important for you and your leaders. “To be effective in ministry, you must grow as a leader. If you don’t change and grow, you will be obsolete in five years. Think about the reality of this statement: If you grow and learn new skills, your greatest day for ministry is looking you straight in the face. 	Teaching Kids What They Believe We know as Christians we are to stand for what we believe in. All Christians should be trained in apologetics, which is an important part of discipleship. In this session we will discuss the importance of teaching kids what they believe. "I love this generation of young people. 	Effective strategies for reaching kids How you teach will determine how you reach. In this session we will discuss some of the different ways that you can reach kids effectively.
